Chocolate at Wallings

For chocolate lovers, a trip to our chocolate counter is an absolute must.

We make a luxury range of indulgent truffles, pralines and moulded chocolates from the very best quality Belgian chocolate, local cream, fruit extracts and fine liqueurs.

Although we make over 20 different varieties of truffles and pralines, our year round favourites are dark champagne, rum and milk chocolate orange truffles. These are topped at Christmas by our very special and extremely popular Christmas Pudding truffle.

In addition to all these, we have recently introduced our own chocolate, hand-dipped brazil nuts, cinder toffee, ginger and marzipan which are proving to be increasingly popular.

Our solid chocolate animals reflect the wildlife and rare-breed animals found on and around the farm, such as Gloucester Old Spot and Saddleback pigs and knocking about you will see our Maran hens, whose eggs can be purchased in our Shop.

As well as these, we also have a resident Barn Owl, which inspired us to make chocolate Barn and Snowy owls and mice with liquorice tails.

Due to very popular demand, we also make an abundance of chocolate dinosaurs that always make the kids smile and roar :)

We are proud to be able to say our chocolate contains no artificial colours, preservatives, hydrogenated fats or genetically modified ingredients of any kind.

It’s also a local myth that our chocolates bestow fertility on all who eat them!! (but don’t let that stop you trying) The chocolates can be purchased in cellophane bags, ballotins or luxury presentation boxes tied with the ribbon of your choice.

We can accept commissions to supply wedding favours and corporate gifts as well as taking individual, bespoke orders for any special occasion.

A recent addition to our chocolate offering is our catering service, whereby restaurants, hotels and retail customers can purchase for sale in their establishment.
